Just a year ago, I was dealing with depression, loneliness and my mental health. It felt like none understood me as if everyone was just a mere shadow that didn't mean anything to me. I was cutting off good friends and spent most of the time in my bedroom, just doing nothing.

sad, secluded and depressed. who cares right?

It was the time when it all seemed so weird and worthless. I was researching on this serious subject and found many talking about depression and how it all started in their lives etc. Many had family issues, boyfriend issues, health issues and many issues that a human mind can comprehend.

But, for me, it was weird. I had none of these above-mentioned issues as I had it all figured out in these aspects of life but I had something heavy on my chest that I didn't know what it was.

I was just simply sad and lonely. I had friends, men trying to gain my attention and a healthy family but still, I didn't know why I was sad.

then, a miracle happened...I was guided swiftly by some unseen force (I will share later) that shifted my life completely. I am going to share them with you guys here so that you can try these too and know how wonderful being you are and how powerful you are to shift your life in an opposite and upward direction.

It's really great to see how far I've come and how I got my shit together and here I am, a strong woman working her ass off to be, most importantly, a healthy and happy person inside and out.


So, start with...




1. WRITING / SCRIPTING

wait, you might be thinking "what? shut up!"

you need no writing skill to write your feelings in a diary or a sheet of paper. you can just write and then tear it apart and boom! no one will ever know what you've written there.

Let me tell you one thing,

WRITING IS THERAPEUTIC (scientifically proven)


So,


First, Go to YouTube and search "432 Hz healing frequency" and play it. You will find many.

You might be thinking What the fuck is she talking about? Don't worry. I will discuss about such frequencies later. For now, keep the faith and follow my directions.


Close the door and sit somewhere comfortable. Close your eyes and take a deep breath and exhale slowly.


Now, take a piece of paper and a pencil or pen. Ask yourself, what is bothering you lately? Write whatever the shit you want. Don't judge yourself. Just write it all down.

What's happening in your life? What do you not like about it? What's wrong?

everything about it that makes you sad, write them all down.

When you finish writing it all down, my dear, you will feel that heavy bump on your chest somehow is lightening and then become almost nil.


You will feel, shit, that felt good.


Now, the most important thing...


Don't tear the paper yet! Read them again. And breathe.

Now, write about how you want your life to look like. What do you want? what do you desire?

don't judge yourself, just be honest to yourself.

For example, if you wrote previously, "Damn, I hate my life, nobody loves me..."

Now, you would write how badly you want to love your life, like, "I would love to have a life like this, where everybody loves me, respects me and so on...."


Write...keep writing until it feels like, okay I feel much better now.


Now, there's a simple twist!


For a starter,


* Keep your wishes as definite as possible.


As if you're ordering your happiness to the Universe or God.


* Write them all in the present tense as if it's already happening.


Like, From "I would love to have..." you would write now - "I am so grateful that I have a life so beautiful where everybody loves and respects me."

Even if it seems weird but it's all about energies and how you dwell with them. So, be mindful. It's your life and you are the driver and your body is your precious car. Be careful about how you want your car to be driven. So, Focus! and keep writing all your wishes in the present tense, every fucking day after waking up and before going to sleep.


Now, The most important part is that,


*You will have to feel emotions while scripting your wishes.


Every emotion has a certain frequency. you might be thinking what the fuck are you talking about?

Okay, for now, just know, that every thought we think, every emotion we feel has a certain frequency that help us to vibe with nature or universe or god (whatever you call it, the ultimate giver.)

So, we have to be careful about what we think, how we think, what we feel and how we feel.

We attract whatever we are feeling and expecting.

Suppose, You hate your life, so, in return, everybody will hate you and your life as well.

Now think, have you felt instantly good while conversing with an energetic person? Yes right.

You did. Just like that, you've also met people who make you feel sad about yourself, and you've also met some people who make you feel good about yourself.

We all are intuitive beings. We just know what is right, what is wrong, somehow right?

It's the energies.

So, when you hate your life or yourself, you will attract people who hate their lives too. When you feel good about yourself, you will automatically attract good people with good vibes.

so, BE WISE!


so, while scripting your wishes, feel what you're writing. When you are writing how beautiful your life is, feel the utter happiness. (even if it feels stupid for the first time, but please, keep the faith)

Feel the shiver run down your spine. Feel the chills. Feel the indescribable happy-feeling that runs through your veins. You will get chills and you will start laughing in a fraction of second. Then you will come to know, What the hell, why haven't I tried this before! Yes!


There you go, dear.





2. NOTE DOWN YOUR GIFTS AND START WORKING ON THEM

Family's expectations, our own built comfort zones and doing things that seem convenient to other people tend to bind our souls in a suffocating cage. Days go on, years pass by, we tend to do things that are not scary or rather comfortable just for the sake of so-called-life.

What is life anyway? ask yourself.

yes, life is a gift.

we all are born with certain talents and abilities. it could be anything, from being intelligent to be someone creative or anything out of the box, we all are gifted. our work is to nourish our soul and train our mind and keep the passion burning and do something that benefits both your soul and the world. which is to find our Ikigai.

you might ask, what?

I won't describe here what ikigai is...you can just simply google. :p


So, Now you do these things to find the core happiness which is hidden right beneath your negative self-harmful thoughts and emotions, all you have to do is just dig it up and transform your life, just like that.


*Think!


Think about what you're good at. What makes you utterly happy? What makes you feel that passion? There must be at least something that makes you genuinely happy and whole.


Now, no matter how the situation is, there is always a way to figure out what you want to do and how you would want to start doing it. All you have to do is just ask the Universe, or your higher self or God or anything you name it.

Have you ever had that moment when you're in loo or showering and out of no freaking where you get an idea of doing something?

if you're an artist, all of a sudden in the most unpredictable situation you get an idea about an artwork that you would love to paint or anything? you must have.

that is our higher-self or our subconscious mind building a bridge with our conscious mind. it's a whole another subject anyway.


for this, you will have to surrender. you will have to ask for help. for example, if you want a great idea for your work, you will act like as if you've already gotten the most brilliant idea ever, like, "I'm so happy and grateful that incredible ideas come to me quickly and effortlessly."

Boom! you start affirming that sentence and then thank me later.


When you're doing something you absolutely are fond of, your subconscious mind will trigger you endlessly and that's how you will get brilliant ideas while dreaming or pooping or showering etc.



*Imagine


Imagine how you would want to experience your life. How you would want your life to look like? How you would want to earn X amount of figures of money. How you would want to drive certain cars, or buy anything etc.

Imagine, imagine, imagine.

this is no joke. interpret this quote deeper, dig deeper.

our subconscious mind is very tricky and daunting. our subconscious mind governs 95% of our behavior. we are thinking about things that sometimes our own conscious mind do not know or cannot interpret. So, our subconscious mind loves to imagine and picture moments.

once you start to imagine how you would want your future to look like, your mind would automatically give birth to ideas and will keep you motivated by emitting certain hormones and frequencies and help you by achieving those goals easily.


So, Start Envisioning...NOW!



*"Oh my mind hurts now, talk about depression now" you say.


okay. as you wish. :p


Depression, sadness, jealousy, envy, hate, lack etc all have the lowest frequencies. Which means, these emotions are low vibrational. If you constantly feel these emotions, you block out every good that has been waiting for you to tap in. They are just one call away.

So, firstly, it would be difficult to love and forgive people whom you tend to hate or get irritated by.

But, dear, Start loving them. Forgive. Learn patience.

Scientifically, when you love, forgive, feel gratitude, your mind releases certain hormones that make you feel better, happier and relaxed. You can google them yourself about it.

Once you start feeling these emotions, you will find your life drastically changed.


Depression? It comes and goes. But, once you master your mind and your immense potential, you can easily turn off such emotions and change it to something positive and productive.

Feeling sad? Get your ass off and start doing something you love. Trust me, you will feel good.

Feeling drowned? no motivation to do anything? Get your ass off and clean your room. Boom! you will notice how surrounding affect your mood. So, clean it up and change the energies around you.

Feeling exhausted? Go get some sleep.

Insomnia? Turn on "432 Hz clam frequency" and listen which will instantly make you sleep.


There are MANY SOLUTIONS TO ONE PROBLEM! It's all up to you, my dear.


I am lucky that I have tried and got to improve my mental health by just following my instincts. So, help yourself. you're your greatest therapy.




3. LOVE YOURSELF.


LOVE has the highest frequency! that can transform your life.

love. selfless love.

dear, no men, women or anyone can define your self-worth but you.

how you love yourself defines how you will be loved by others.


no matter how you look in front of the mirror, it's all about how you think of yourself in your own mind. it again comes back to Law of Attraction.


Fuck what they think about you. Once you start to genuinely love and accept yourself for who you are, the perceptions of people around you about yourself will change for good as well. That's how it works.


Confidence, Acceptance and Self-Love.


These are the secret potions. Even it seems hard sometimes, use them for your own good. Then, You will turn yourself into a bad-ass boss woman, who is kind and generous yet ferocious.


here's an original poem that I wrote for myself, imagine yourself like a queen -


a headstrong woman with an impetuous heart,

an old nurturing soul, vehement light that outshines,

daunting yet kind, secluded yet happy inside

Go grab a paper and start exploring the deepest parts of you. You are a divine being and you have a purpose in this world. Always believe in yourself.
